Need more American speaking agents! When you speak better English than the interviewer, that is a problem. Overall experience for the whole process was a nightmare and was given vague answers. Customer service was even worse that can not give any answers to questions asked. It is very frustrating when you call asking questions and you can't understand what they are saying.
